How is your Career Managed?

How is your Career Managed?

Your career will be managed using 3 pre-defined steps:

Establishing Goals:
The first and the most difficult step of career management is to understand what you’re trying to achieve. First the end product needs to be visualized i.e. 10-20 years down the line what do you want to see yourself as.Then each step should be broken down into tasks that, once completed, will achieve a part of the goal.
Tracking Goals:
Monitoring progress is the most satisfying and useful strategy. Career management involves regularly checking in on established goals and the movements being made. This helps prevent stagnation and ensures career goals are being methodically incorporated into the rest of your life.
Check-up:
The last and final step is a career check-up, Career goals will change and grow just as you do. This part of the career management process involves monitoring and adjusting to the changes as needed. Each step along the way will heighten your understanding of what you want and how to get there. As you move forward, the career management process will help you identify new paths and new destinations.
