Pursuit Career Managers was started by a professor with the vision of bridging the gap between the theoretical studies done in college and the practical world.
We are a team of young professionals who believe that a person can be successful in any career stream if he is passionate about that stream and his career is managed well. Broadly, a person’s career would include What stream he chooses, Why he chose it and How does he go about with it! A normal career counselor helps in deciding What stream to choose, but we go some steps ahead and stress equally on the Why and How too. The Why defines the passion and the How defines the managing. We start right from the time when a child is in his 10th standard and stay with him till he gets a job. In between we do everything possible to maximize his abilities and career. We manage the career in a manner that the student gets maximum possible practical exposure via internships, projects, NGO’s etc.

Harshit Shah
Founder and Chief Career Adviser
Mr. Harshit Shah is a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer by education. He is an ambitious entrepreneur having various start-ups in the field of Education and Skill Development. He has been a faculty in various reputed colleges like NM, UPG, Dahanukar, NMIMS etc and taught various subjects related to finance and accounting. He also trains CA and CFA students at various coaching classes.
With extreme in-depth knowledge of the working of Courses, Colleges and the Job Market, he is able to provide the perfect advice to all the students right from standard 8 till they settle in their career. Over the past 10 years he has influenced the lives of 12000+ students.
He is a huge fan of Cricket, Real Madrid and Super-hero movies. He has been in the organizing committee for various college festivals and events during his college days. He is very fond of equity trading & investments and has designed various skill based training programs for students in the same profile.
Tanvi Shah
Career Adviser for Arts & Humanities
Tanvi joined Pursuit Career managers in 2014 as a trainee and has since then played an integral role in driving successful business development and assisting during counseling sessions.
She has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Mumbai University and interned at Thane and G.T hospital. She is a Career Counselor, CBT Practitioner,Geriatric Practitioner, Colour Therapist, Dream Analyst, Happiness Coach, Tarot Card Reader and Graphologist .Currently she handles career advice for students interested in the field of Arts and Humanities.
